Companion stuck off screen

When I am in a tavern and add Serafen he adds off screen.  Everything else looks fine except he is located somewhere else. I then can't leave the area because "You must gather your party..."  Every other companion adds fine.

Can you click his portrait and then walk him over to the rest of the party?

I don't believe Jhlusk can move the party member as we have had multiple reports of this occurring saying they could not.  We have the team currently investigating this to get a fix in as soon as possible.  Other players have reported that changing out the party on their ships, though inconvenient, was working while the fix is being made.

I can confirm the same issue. When this occurred for me while resting in Harbinger's Watch, Serafen (in my case) spawned behind the stairs, leaving him with no walkable path to the rest of the party, and he was too far away to be able to area transition.
