[CRASH] Area transition from Queen's Berth to the Gullet

Can you please help resolve this crash issue?

 

 

Description:

 

• Game crashes on each attempt to transition into the Gullet from Queen's Berth.

I've circumvented the issue by going through one of the other parts of the city via the north exit.

Once I'd entered the Gullet from the east, the problem disappeared.

I am still encountering random loading screen crashes from time to time. But they are one-offs.
