If you with Estocs, Eager Blade is better for group combat then BotEP IMO. BotEP may win in duels (although maybe not, Eager Blade has 10% chance to trigger extra attack with no Recovery and when attacking Near Death enemies does extra aoe attacks - which also hit the primary target).
