The hotkey bar disapeared and the binded ability hotkeys do not work anymore but the keys are still binded, at least they are visible if i choose the ability manualy.

I found no info the internet, please help...

I'm not sure what would have caused the issue you are having, but there are a couple of things that you can try to do to fix it.  The first thing I would do is restore your settings to default from the options menu.  If that doesn't work, I would attempt an uninstall and reinstall of the game to get everything back to basics.  If you do end up doing this, make sure to back up your save files just in case.
