Severe bug in Ukaizo Harbor

Description:

As soon as I step into the harbor the Guardian starts to speak but it's not there, afterwards some animat glitch spawn.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

Sided with Principi, fought all the battles against VTC then continued to sail through Ondra's Mortar. The Guardian attacks (in a scripted interaction) and it's stopped by Scyorielaphas, game loads the harbor map and the bug happens.

Terrible, almost show-stopping bug.  I think you can just proceed without dealing with the Guardian, but who wants to do that?

Thank you for the files Daled!  We've had some troubles trying to reproduce this in house, but the Area Design team is working to figure out the issue here.  Having your files should help alot!  Keep an eye on the forums for when the fix is released.

Lol, I'm having the same bug here - the Guardian talks but is invisible and doesn't start a fight.

This issue still seems to be occurring.  I've had the issue of the invisible Guardian on a playthrough siding with the Principi, and one siding with the VTC.  The dragon fights the Guardian during the sailing cutscene in the VTC version, but not with the Principi.  Hostile animats spawn by crawling up the sides of the platform or from the ground near the center, then immediately disappear and begin the animation again.  The Principi playthrough began prior to the DLC release and didn't have any interaction with it beyond the initial letter your character gets.  The VTC playthrough began after the DLC was released and completed the storyline for it.

 

You can move past Ukaizo Harbor and just go to Eothas, and the VTC ending seemed to happen as normal.  With the Principi playthrough, I tried to convince him to take Rymrgand's solution but he simply shouted at me and cut off the conversation, leaving me with nothing to interact with.  It seems like this is a bug, as the game effectively ends with me wandering around on a rock near Eothas' face for eternity.
