By the advice of experienced people I decided to recreate this (updated) bug report here. Issue: some bounty bosses, in particular, Katrenn, Torkar, and Dhwrgas do not drop their respective uniques (Katrenn grimoire, The Maker's Own Power belt, and Precognition amulet). Version 2.0.1.0044, save file after battle with Dhwrgas https://www.dropbox.com/s/ja7ijrwdbp9m94x/Cannwyll%20%28Forest%29%20%284e51b20d-b167-49a9-b9b6-5d79f36d9ed2%29%20%28LAX-2ABCD%29%20%28926221007%29.savegame?dl=0. Lady Epero and Lord Admiral Imp are ok (as for me), also should be checked if Eamund the Fox has any chance to drop his grimoire.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and thanks for the detail of it all.  I especially love the build number and save file already being thrown in there!  We have a few of these guys reported in our bug database, but I'm going to create a general one to get QA and Area Design to do a wider investigation just in case.  If you discover anything else about the bounty targets, please let us know!  This thread is linked to our bug report so the team will see it while they investigate.

So the team has played around with the bounty bosses to see what is going on with this.  They are able to see the issue in your save but not in any New Games they try to run.  Since I haven't seen this around the forums, I was thinking of fixing up your save file and sending it back to you.  That being said, it's been awhile and I would like to do this with a more recent save so as not to detract any progress you've made since you reported this.  If you would like me to do this, please kill the different bounty targets and let me know which ones that did not drop their uniques and send the updated save and I'll see to getting those added to your game for you.
