Watcher Abilities STILL MISSING?

About midway through my first playthrough, I re-specced my character and hit the bug which caused me to lose all of my Watcher abilities. By the time I'd noticed they were gone, it was too late to go back.

 

Long story short, I beat the game, put it aside for a month, and came back to play Beast of Winter, only to find that my Watcher's abilities are still gone? It's been like two months or more since this bug was discovered. Is there a fix coming ever?

Is this the same save that you had already lost them? Because the bug has been fixed but AFAIK it is not retroactive. So if you respec in a new game you will keep them but they won't magically reappear on your old game. You could try respeccing again and see if it adds them?

Now its the opposite, when I respec I gain another version of Visage of Death's Herald plus Knock Down, also my character is a Wood Elf and I got two Wily Step now, one hidden the other as an active effect.

No retroactive respec means no retroactive respec.
Start a new run or don't respec
