So while messing around with variations of my build, I noticed after changing to Spirit Frenzy from Blood Frenzy, that I was no longer gaining 2 wounds when I activate it (from the DoT). So I looked at the skill and sure enough the DoT is not mentioned, and no damage numbers float up from my head when its active. All other versions of frenzy still have the DoT, including the upgrade, Spirit Tornado.

There are two version of each Frenzy ability in the game:

Spirit_Frenzy
and
Spirit_Frenzy_Berserker
.

Seems that the wrong one got used (bug on level up)?

Are you still getting the upgraded inspirations (Hardy + Tenacious) and the crit conversion? If not then it seems indeed to be as I said.

But if only the raw damage part is gone then the ability itself seems to be bugged.

Yeah still getting all the other Berzerker stuff, just no DoT. Most people would be happy but it's part of my wound generation system damn it!

Sorry, the screenshot didn't load on my phone when I posted my first answer. It's obvious that it's "problem number two" when I look at the tooltip. :)

Yeah, it's a bug.
the relative status effect is  missing from Spirit_Frenzy_Berserker

Hi thundercleese,

I've added your issue about Spirit Frenzy to our database for further investigation. Could you please also provide us with your save file?

Thanks!
