Even though I didn't accept to kill shaman and wanted to kill master Kua, I failed his quest when releasing slaves.

Is it possible to clear the Crookspur, without angering: Furrante, Queen and Aelys?

Without failing quest I didn't received or accepted in first place.

It's more of a game's way to inform you that these two quests are contradictory? You can't do both. Don't worry about failing Tip of the spear if you never planned to ally with Kua. As for Furrante or Castol, you can still continue working with them even if you freed the slaves. Aeldys and Queen would actually prefer Crookspur to be cleared and slaves freed, so that doesn't anger them.

Ah, quests generally tend to show up as failed when you've made them impossible to complete, especially if done by killing the quest giver. Even if you didn't have the quest and didn't intend to get it. Don't worry about it.
