Losing supplies when loading a quicksave

This started happening when I was on Poko Kohara. I quick loaded and the right side of the screen filled with crew wages, food, and drink lost. I reloaded a second time and nothing happened and my inventory remained unchanged. This has happened several times since, but reloading a second time fixes it. It has not occured when loading a manual save, nor loading a quicksave on game launch.

Having the same issue - for me it's always exactly 5 medicine every time I load a save, until I'm at 0.

 

Save file is too big to upload - happy to give it to you guys some other way!

Same Thing still happening to me too, also happens after a won shipbattle. Go in with plenty supplies, spend several minutes on a fight, win and shwoop, suddenly only 7 crackers and 5 water. 

 

Can't upload my save cause its too big.
