btbrown0786 Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 I am just about to finish the final quest However from what I understand once i finish the main quest the game will not let me return to the world map. With this in mind should i wait to finish until the new expanision DLC is out and uoloaded? Or will the new expanision change the fact that you are not allow to go back to the main map? 1
PK htiw klaw eriF Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 It almost certainly won't change it and you should just keep a pre-endgame save. 1 "Akiva Goldsman and Alex Kurtzman run the 21st century version of MK ULTRA." - majestic "you're a damned filthy lying robot and you deserve to die and burn in hell." - Bartimaeus "Without individual thinking you can't notice the plot holes." - InsaneCommander "Just feed off the suffering of gamers." - Malcador "You are calling my taste crap." -Hurlshort "thankfully it seems like the creators like Hungary less this time around." - Sarex "Don't forget the wakame, dumbass" -Keyrock "Are you trolling or just being inadvertently nonsensical?' -Pidesco "we have already been forced to admit you are at least human" - uuuhhii "I refuse to buy from non-woke businesses" - HoonDing "feral camels are now considered a pest" - Gorth "Melkathi is known to be an overly critical grumpy person" - Melkathi "Oddly enough Sanderson was a lot more direct despite being a Mormon" - Zoraptor "I found it greatly disturbing to scroll through my cartoon's halfing selection of genitalias." - Wormerine "I love cheese despite the pain and carnage." - ShadySands
Tick Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 Obsidian won't likely have post ending dlc, so Kaine is right. But you can just save before Ondra's Mortar and reload that when the DLC is out. The point of no return has an hour or two of content after, so you won't lose a ton of progress.
omgFIREBALLS Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 The game makes a SPECIFIC save before you cross the point of no return. It will be called PRE-ENDGAME. You can always fall back on that. 1 My Deadfire mods Out With The Good: The mod for tidying up your Deadfire combat tooltip. Waukeen's Berth: Make all your basic purchases at Queen's Berth.
