Anyone know if this talent still speeds up wounds if you only gain them from being high(Nalpazca)?

Thinking of doing a more updated variation of this build:

Death Godlike, Nalpazca/No subclass (since i will be fisting and no helm) Barb.

The talent only lowers the damage you need to take to gain a wound. It does nothing for the wounds gained from drugs or dance of death.

It also works for Shattered Pillars. They need to do more damage than 10 to generate a wound, so Lesser Wounds also leads to a bigger "bonus" (in flat numbers - percentage wise it should be the same: 20% less dmg). Else it would be near useless for them. Can't remember the exact numbers atm, but I tested it in the beta.

Ah ok so useless for druggies

I feel like the Alchemy nerf was very needed but too overnerfed. Just started a fun Death Godlike Nalpazca/Barb and coupled with the overuse of enemies using the spell arcane dampener and how it affects drug crashes this subclass is dead to me.

It's not useless for druggies - unless I'm mistaken, Nalpazcas gain wounds from drugs/dance of death AND from damage taken. So I guess you could say it's proportionally less useful, but it still serves a purpose.

I thought you don't get it from damage taken, just drugs?

No. Both. AND Dance of Death. The wounds fly in whether you get damaged or not. ;)
