June 28, 20187 yr Correction: All your AoE skills hit allies too. This includes skills you may get from unique weapons or armor. This can really suck if your barb is multiclassed with a strong aoe class like a spellcaster/cipher because you will basically blow up your own team and are more susceptible to getting charmed (from the -5 int)

June 28, 20187 yr You also take a scaling dot and the -5 int means a -10 hit to your will defense, which isn't good. You can avoid a lot of it by getting an Int inspiration(supresses confused) or a resolve inspiration(reduces confused duration, doesn't effect positive Frenzy effects). Carnage is a lot smaller than PoE so if you don't have AoE skills you might not even notice.
