So, I need Mohora Meat to do the Harpooning upgrade for the Mohora Tanga spear. Anybody know where I can find or buy some? The food vendor in Sayuka doesn't have any.

I believe I got a bunch of it from a scripted naval event. South, maybe southeast on the world map.

 

Yep. Te Hika Fishing Pools or somesuch. Just southeast of the Port Maje island. 40 meat to be had.

 

Fish you caught yourself upgrades your spears better

yeah there are i think 3 or 4 of these scripted events (usually the icon is a coral reef) where you can hunt whales which give you quite a bit of that meat....
