Hello, I was wondering if the damage bonus deathgodlike get when an enemy is near death applies to magic (thinking of making a wizard) or just normal attacks, thank you for any input (if possible I would like to avoid spoilers)

It does include magic yes. 

It is a bonus to "all damage". So I guess it works even with explosives.

It also works on DoTs by the way, once the victim gets to Near Death the DoT will start getting the +20%.
