Potential Bug: Lifegiver can use Chanter summons

Greetings,

I ran across a potential bug today while trying out different multiclasses.

 

I was working on an idea for a Theurge, and forgot that Lifegiver (supposedly) can't use summon spells. Lo and behold, my Lifegiver was able to summon skeletons with the Chanter ability. Is this intended, or is this a bug?

Further clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Imo is intented, cuz multiclassing with a Wizard allow to summon Essential&Substantial Phantom and as you already stated also Chanter summon invocation  (Skeleton,Will-o-Wisp, Drake,etc.. )  works fine

 

the issue is the description

 

this part

 

but lack the ability to summon allies

 

should be

 

but lack the ability to summon druidic creature
