While in Port Maje I traveled to Gorecci Street. The first time there I saw a gang and killed everyone. Later I met the jailer Savia who gave me the quest "Restoring Order". I have returned multiple times to Gorecci Street, but the area is always empty. In my log that was written after the fight, it says that there was no one that matched the description of Ilari.

 

So, I cannot complete the quest. At this point in the game, I have long ago left Port Maje.

 

Just bugs me having this quest open, even though it doesn't make any real difference.
