The fragments is not showing up in the ship even though the choice to reforged the blade was chosen during the creation of PoE 1 history. Importing save file from PoE 1 does give you the fragments however.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.

    3. Adjust your preference.
