One chair belongs to two people in Balefire Beacon

The inscription on rightmost chair in Balefire Beacon changes every time you click on it:

 

I'm playing a save import where Falanroed wasn't possessed by the adra dragon, if it helps.

I have the same bug, I don't know if we can see her at some point or no, I spared the dragon in poe1 because I wanted to see Falanroed but She never showed up
