I have the same problem. Also I have a launch x-box. This happens on my brothers newer x-box also but not as bad or as often. Regardless I am taking the game back and hoping I get a good copy. If that does not work it looks like im buying a new x-box.

Story is what made the first one great. I would also like to see it open ended. I want an ending but I would also like to continue to roam the universe after.
