  1. My favo colour irl is dark purple, second black. To stay true on the Star Wars rules, I use blue color as padawan, when going jedi I use my colour purple, if going sith its red. Altough I'd like a mix between purple and black, a black lighsaber with a darkpurple shine in it would be perfect.
  2. A black robe is not necesserely used by dark jedi. Watch Luke Skywalker, offcourse it's a real robe, but it's Neo type (the upper part that is). I just prefer black, because it give strategic advantages and because it's a personal favorite.
  3. It's a star wars game, and your main character is a jedi (of sith). So heck it's just gonna be a lightsaber, and my party members will also be lightsaber wielding force users (if not --> vibroblades), just like in the first KOTOR. I don't like the ranged weapons so much, the melee combat is one of the many great things about KOTOR.
  4. 1) I highly doubt that you can wear Neo's robe in matrix online. 2) I won't have matrix online. 3) I have a Neo type robe in SW Galaxies.
  5. Maybe Sion will too. That's why we go back to that planet, to give him a reason to.
  6. The Neo types ... it's Godlike ...
  7. K I'll refresh my memory and play the game again. Nice excuse to replay a game, isn't it?
  8. Don't you get a bonus on your deflection roll when you using two lightsabers and a penalty when using a dual-bladed lightsaber? Or is my memory that bad?
  9. Lol yeah, I think Hayden went to slow with them, Christoffer Lee was so bored fighting the kid he just used the force to freeze Hayden and then cut off his arm. the fanmovie 'art of the saber' shows how to fight with a double-bladed and dual saber. The single is still the better one, I already argumented that in the other (clone-)topic.
  10. I think it's one roll, but you get a + bonus on your roll. I'm not sure, but that would be more logic, because he has 'more' chance and not a 'second' chance. But I'm not 100% sure.
  11. A lightsaberstaff and two-lightsabers are purely only ment for battle, these kind of lightsabers are only good for Sith assassins whos sole task it is to eliminate the Jedi. That is why it suits Darth Maul very well, he had to confront two Jedi, one of them a Jedi master btw. Dart Maul won against Qui Gon because it was pure battle based and he could attack him at two places at a time. Once Maul's sabre was slashed into two peaces he wasn't that powerful anymore. Two lightsabers is no good at all, you don't have a strong grip on your saberhilts and you can quickly lose your grip on them. Like what happened with Anakin. Using one lightsaber with both hands you can use your maximum power in attack AND in defense. You can concentrate more on your opponent(s) then on your own lightsabre. Your are more precise. You need less training in the use of the lightsabre and are equally good with it. Less time making your lightsaber, you're better of wasting your time on life-experience and force powers. Your defense is extremely better. And you have better control on saberlocks because of your strong grip. And you've less change of hitting your friends in a multiple dual (see the game: jedi academy). So the lightsaberstaff and two-lightsabers are cool as one-time-events, and the lightsaber is the Jedi's weapon. PS: the battle between Luke and his father are the best lightsaber duals, not only because of the battle itself, but also because it is between a father and his son. A conflict between father and son is the most sensitive subject in the world.
  12. I just think it means that you can choose between the dark side and light side. And depending on which side you've chosen you'll have other friends and partymembers. I don't think it's deeper than that.
  13. Couldn't it be that just before you start KOTOR2 you have to choose between: 'I ended KOTOR1 as the light side' and 'I ended KOTOR2 as the dark side'? And then the certain changes are made in KOTOR2 to your settings. Were Raven will assisst you or fight you, depending on your side of the force. Better yet, it could be like in Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate 2. Were KOTOR2 exports your character from KOTOR1 and imports it as an NPC in KOTOR2.
  14. That has always been the problem, hasn't it? ... choice. I won't have enough time to play the game 6 times and try it all. But it'll definatelly be the light side of the force first. I think it will be Jedi Master, but it might be Jedi weapon master. One thing I've always dislikes about SW games is that the force is graphically presented with special effects etc. Why not do it like in the movies, the way the force really is ... invisible. The lightning you see when you use force lightning is the lightning itself that you see, so that's okay. But I've also want to try the dark side for a change, I've always played with the light side (I'm so loyal), I've tried to do the dark side, but I never do, I can't explain how it comes.
  15. Finally T3 gets a bigger role. I liked him in the first game, because travelling with him is really Star Wars-y. But he wasn't much of a good use in the game, even his hacking and repair skills were too weak, you were better of learning it yourself. But if this time T3 gets a big role (like R2) and is a very good hacker/repairer (like R2) and maybe even equiped with a bazooka. I think most players will have him in their party. Note: T3 could also be of good use for storing your lightsabre, for let's say ... if ye have to enter an area were you can't wear any kind of weaponry, or if you are captured (see SW:episode 6).
