    Spoke to customer support via email. Seems I missed the deadline back in 2014. So I get patched in, but miss being in the printed stuff.

    Because Expert mode is about learning that stuff by trial and error, and then just knowing? It's not about being "fair"

    Yeah, I may be a little vain, but first thing I did, look in the credits... I am not even in there at all. I doubled checked, I submitted my survey confirming the spelling of my name. Michael Campbell.
