Well, what about the poor guys who only download the game...perhaps over a slow link? You can always ask a friends to download it for you, surely someone of them have access to high speed internet I know what do you mean. It took almost 3 hours to install BG2 on my computer But this is because BG2 is not so mod friendly. Hope PE will handle mods better.

When BG1 came out, it was 5 CD (That was insane back then ). So if I could choose between graphics quality and game size, I definitely choosing graphics quality. I do not care if it takes even 100 GB on my hard drive and it it distributed on 4 Blurays. Let's make it nice, space is cheap...

I think we can all agree that spiders in a game is a serious issue. There are four pages of replies in this topic. But not a single one of them explains why the hell the person with arachnophobia would want to explore cave with spider's lair! It just doesn't make any sense. It's like locking yourself in broom closet and scream that you are afraid of small spaces or/and brooms.

There should definitely be a check box for that says: "Replace spiders by kittens?". Of course there would be some problems like: "you were bitten by a kitten and you were poisoned" and it might look strange to find basket full of kittens at the end of dungeon full of spider webs, but I am sure that developer team could work something out.

I must say I completely agree with this thread. I want to be able to play this game in 10 years from now.

I would love to have Czech translation. I know it is probably not worth the costs, but you could leave the translations to community.
