  2. My thoughts and Strategy on this game. Strategy: Hit, Block and Roll. And Roll some more. For boss fights, other than boss fights all else are too easy to comment on. Because as Lucas with Anjali(npc), Lucas can't just stand there and tank, unless you find a Ton of Vampire stuff. Plus Anjali just dies all the time, reminds me of World of Warcraft, don't stand in the Fire you idiot! Yes I geared her better than me, and she was lucky with good drops, and was slightly better geared then my Lucas. Saved my money for the last vender. I found myself grabbing all mob aggravation, then Block Rattle and Roll, and Roll some more till Anjali(npc) kills them off of me, if she died, Rez, Rinse and Repeat. With the actual boss Hit Block and Roll, And Roll some more. Using Lucas's 2-handed damage when ever it was possible. If Lucas got damaged I would Block and Roll till I could safely Heal myself. While Block and Rolling past Angali, if I noticed she was low on health I would do an empowered heal near her. Killed off all the bosses that were hard this way. Emphasis totally on using Block and Defensive mode or die. Some time I had To Train the fight to a local away from the dead Anjali then Block and Roll to her to rez. My build: Stamina, Vamp, Armor and Block. Wish had put more points in shield wall. My shield wall lasted for 5 seconds , why I stopped putting points into it. I wanted to shield wall to allow me to heal me and or party, but when I did it shield wall dsappeared after the first mob hit it. My build was not as good as it could have been but it did not matter, I bearly ever got hit badly. Normal Mode. The Game: The world was Beautiful, but when I first turned a corner I could not go there. I thought what the heck, until I realized the game was limiting you to a Corridor type of play. Bummer. O yea Dungeon. Not being able to go into first person Person view was new to me. Not being able to look up straight was new to me. So, with my head bend down I played this game. Thank god for the Key binding Patch which made the game better on Pc's? Nice work on timely fix. Game was way too short in content, as I sit here waiting patiently for Skyrim. So other than not being able to pan the camera up. I give the DS3 3-Stars. Thank you for the short lived fun. When I get bored I might try the game on Hardcore mode with a new character type. -Keeper/Hark
  3. I found that sometimes you need find the sweet spot on the platform itself to activate, ussually near the middle. If the quest guide (yellow dots) puts you on a platform you can move it. There is one set of platforms next to each other that at one point you just walk over both to go around to continue your path.
  4. Well it's working now, full controls and savability. I reinstalled my vid drivers, same set I was previously using... updated video driver version the game did not like (could not see any menu item on game start screen, was like omg) After running the Steam validating tool 20 times.... it finally found 5 problems, which it fixed. turned game on and all was working perfectly My feelings about what happened was eighter patch was updated, or steam had problems that they fixed. Thanks for the help everyone.
  5. in that folder i see 2 things: 1- saves (saves + Eoptions + GOptions) 2- user (I see only audio and video settings only here) Which thing were you talking about to setting to or not to read only?
  6. also: when I click on a keymapping option to change, a blank box comes up every time and with every option. iI just add change and cliclk trough it as if i could see the text. Change works but i need redo everytime I start the game.
  7. I guess it patched but...... 1- I can't see the word Keybindings in the box for it in options, but when i click on the box the keybinding menu comes up. 2- when I apply changes to keybinding and hit apply, it say's saving then loads game with the new keybindings working, after quiting the game and restarting the game i need to redo all keybindings again.... they are not saving.
