    Anyone having issues with caches not being filled at all or quest items not being in caches? I just had the journal #2 not be in the cave in the safe. And the whole town did not have yellow cache boxes filled at all and only 1 or 2 blue boxes i was able to open the rest were already open and empty. There also were no enemies loading. Other a couple here and there. But biggest thing is the caches being empty everywhere.

    Your file size is way too small, can’t upload anything! Ludwig’s secret weapon stash, at the end of quest on the Outer Worlds SPACER,S CHOICE EDITION, on PC unable to pick up cache, no option (x) for button comes up to pick it up. Completely blank. Checked whole wall and other side of toilet and in front of up and down. #bug.
