Hey guys I had this buggy disappear problem with only the name tag . My solution is to leave the area and whistle for your buggy. Once you are far away enough it will just come to you. This is what worked for me every time it disappeared, hopefully it works for you

I'm currently blocked from progress by this bug also(sizzle not the roach). I can't take any sizzle damage at all or the meter goes up infinitely. That means no fire pit, and no roaches or bombardiers unless I get a perfect no hit run.im really hopping for a patch soon so can continue
