Suggestion after playing a bit with the spider and the ant: It occurs to me that if a real arthropod/arachnid can reach 1 leg and grab hold of something across a gap of space, it can traverse that gap no problem then and I feel that's how the bugs should behave here. Additionally I noticed I have to "hop" onto a stick/stone that I should be able to just step over or if I decided to turn onto the stick/rock and traverse along the length of that object. Please keep these real bug physics in mind when moving forward please. Additionally, the ant soldier should be able to grab a snail shell or something and be able to carry it in its jaws/mandibles too!
  2. So like, bugs and spiders n stuff have been around for thousands of years and have mastered crawling, hence all the legs each species has. In Grounded 2, the ant and spider buggies seem to have forget that they can crawl just about anywhere. Up walls, up-side-down, etc. Now, I know that giving them the ability to crawl up the side of a wall would be a bit "o.p." and defeat the purpose of all the different pathways that took a lot of time to develop from a dev point of view. But at least make it so we don't get stuck trying to crawl over the smallest mound of dirt or a rock that isn't very large. Some of the larger rocks and the spider or ant just scurries right up the side but smaller rocks and dirt clods seem to impede the forward motion of the buggies. And at least give us some sort of "spidey or antie powers" and allow us to sort of maybe scale a small wall of a certain height with their crawling abilities.

  4. Spoiler Alert: After getting the Orb Weaver mount I've got a new issue which is that when I hop off the Orb Weaver mount, I can't sprint any more. Perpetually walking and hitting the sprint button does nothing. I superquit and restarted the game at that point and loaded up where I left off and hit the sprint button and took off sprinting. Jumped on the Orb Weaver and ran around for a second and hopped off and tried to sprint and failed. Please fix this along with the Infinite Sizzle. Though I do want to fend off attackers I would like to run away sometimes too cause I'm busy and in the middle of some other task so its not great the sprint is broken after grinding for this orb weaver spider after having discovered its egg before KNOWING i'd be able to ride the spider. A bit disheartening.
  5. Great advice! It worked for me too. Where ever you are, make a lean in and set your respawn point close by if your not at the statue or use the beds, take the sizzle damage and die, then respawn at your set location and just click "respawn" and the sizzle glitch should fix itself cause after i did that I got sizzle damage again but it went away. I managed to die in front of the beds inside Burg.L after killing the roach blocking the path and saved it before i keeled over! lol So i just had to grab my bag from the floor in front of me and press on. Course I got slaughtered after not really knowing what I was getting into when I was trying to hatch those orb weaver eggs I found before knowing about them! >.< These mounts are too fun. I dont care if its just a "continuation" of grounded 1, I liked that one too. It reminds me of Honey I Shrunk the Kids. I named my soldier ant "Antie" xD
  6. Oh I'm gonna go trying that my dude! If it worked for him, it might work for me, my save is staring the stupid roach in the face! lol and i DID set save point at the bed there so, die, respawn at save point bed and try again and hopefully sizzle effect will work as intended!?! Here goes nothing!
  7. I am stuck fighting the O.R.C. ****roach inside the Burg.L statue. I grinded so hard to get that spider mount just to get blocked by a flippin' GLITCH! 2 times I defeated the stupid thing and I kept trying to prolong my life with the candy bars but the sizzling never stopped. I ran out of the 23 candy bars i had. Ran out of the 32 bandages I had. burned up all the smoothies i had, no matter which one i used. I didnt have any sizzle armor on me not expecting this encounter but even then I was never really concerned with a roach fight. Its fine if you dont get hit but because the room is a stupid shape i run into corners cause im constantly backing away from the roach trying to avoid the acid pool he spits and eventually i get stuck on the corner of the walls cause theres like 20 corners in that area -,- and yea i cant get away from the acid pool in time to avoid it and kill the stupid thing cause of the confined area and yea the infinite sizzle has killed me more than once and its now pissing me off! FIX THIS. PRONTO. this is like suppppppper annoying to be held up on a REdonkulous glitch. -.- I'm totally loving the game which is why its pissing me off soo much that I cant get past this stupid roach thats bugged out making it almost invincible. it dies and still gets the last laugh every time.
