Sup, found a mostly all fix for it, under graphics: -keep it in windowed mode -keep 3D resolution at 100% -adjust the rest as you see fit, mine are (in sequence) medium - medium - low - ultra - high - low on a Nvidia EVGA 1070, i7-6700, 16GB Ram, nothing overclocking. i got it working to about a 95% success rate in the starting area, only stuttering would happen against sprats.
