    Persistent crashing to desktop starting today [Access Violation (0xc0000005)] error

    I have Citrix installed and, after reading this, assumed it was as you said. I removed all Citrix files from my computer entirely, made sure there was no vestigial programs or files, nor anything running in the Task Manager. Still having the same issue described by OP. Have reinstalled Citrix and nothing has changed. The issue persists.

    Description: Every time I try to open the game, it crashes to desktop without loading the game at all. The error code it gives me is: "The game crashed. The crash report folder named "XXXXXXXX" next to game executable. It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game!" Steps to Reproduce the Issue: Every single time I click the icon or open the game from within Steam. Important Files: System specs, crash, output, and error logs are all included in the attachments. crash.dmp error.log output_log.txt DxDiag.txt
