    Another Failed Companion Quest

    LegitKingMonkey posted a topic in The Outer Worlds: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
    So last time Pervati's quest failed on me because she supposedly died. Then it fixed itself one day and I continued it until it did it to me again. I think it happened whenever we went back into the ship whenever I didn't have her as my traveling companion.
