  1. Agreed, I liked PoE 1 but i also preferred Deadfire. I don't think the main story was that weak, I liked that it didn't funnel you into one clear "good" ending. Really bummed when I discovered that it had moderate sales figures, I can not figure why. This game should've been at DOS2 level of commercial success, it truly deserves it. My only regret was that there was no Endless Paths in Deadfire.
  2. If he didn't like the way the question was asked, why make this post ? Especially since his tone "i know the answer but i wont tell you hehe" was quite childish too. Why not answer, and adding a note considering the tone of the post ? Certainly would've been a more reasonable way to deal with it rather than antagonize and act like an entitled bully. For op, i'm having fun playing this atm https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/107909-deathless-thaumaturge-build-solo-potd/ But its quite tricky to get it rolling, needs to be high level to work perfectly.
  3. It's unclear but I think the Corrosive bonus is multiplicative, not additive. Powerlevels are additive as they add value to the base damage of the spell every level so if you already have high powerlevel, gaining another one might not be as valuable as gaining 10% flat added damage.
