  1. Did you already lose your saved game? And do you know about the hotfix from Bioware. Don't know if it will fix your problem. I know others have had the same one.
  2. Try this link at Bioware. Has some camera fixes. Camera fixes Good luck
  3. From what I read, patch 1.07 was halted. Patch 1.10 has been issued and is for smoothing out the installation of MotB only. 1.07 is for OC fixes, and will come out later. They were afraid that if 1.07 was installed first, it might cause problems with 1.10.
  4. Might want to check this post out. Rob McGinnis - 1.07 final patch
  5. Well gentlemen, I am too old and too involved with the PC gaming platform to start playing consoles. Besides, my time is pretty much taken up either running sites or moderating, besides playing. And I'm not about to get into a debate over which is better. The reason for my post really was to take another shot at Gates and his DX10 via Vista only BS. For those of us who do choose to play on the PC, it's really a slap in the face from Microsoft and game developers, for the years of loyalty we've shown. I'm sure none of you, no matter what you play on, would not like to be forced to buy something you don't want just to keep playing. XBox might be his next target.
  6. Wouldn't have it any other way. Gave the consoles to my children. But if Gates keeps doing business like this, I may have to. lol
  7. I think your all making a lot of hard decisions about a game, (Fallout 3), that there is almost nothing available as far as information goes. I've seen the video and read the speculations on it, and really can't bring myself to form an opinion on it. I loved Doom I & II, but didn't think much of Doom III. So just following a format that was succesful in the past, is no garuntee. I feel the same about Morrowind/Oblivion. I will concede one thing to game devolpers and designers. Its very hard to come up with new ideas that will be a hit with the vast majority of gamers. My experiences at modding has taught me that. I did small mods very easily, but try to develop something with a story and characters, that will carry throug hseveral hours of gameplay is another thing. As far as Fallout 3 goes, I'm leary. I played 1 & 2 dozens of times and really enjoyed them. And like a lot of you, I am questioning what Bethesda is going to do with it. But I think I will hold my opinions for now and see what develops. What worries me, is the fact that they are keeping it very tightly under wraps. Nothing much is leaking out. The game is supposed to be out in a year I believe. It seems to me, we should be hearing/seeing more about it. Afew screens maybe, or a bit about the story line. I don't know. But I did read this in an interview between Todd Howard and Gamespot.
  8. You can find a great deal of info on Mask of the Betrayer at the site below.
  9. I'm afraid I lost my interest in Halo when it became a Vista only game. I really like Halo, but I don't like the idea of being forced to buy Vista to play it.
  10. Pop sez, Okay. As I read it the portals open at different times, not neseccarily at night only. But you do have to wait until the portal opens in order to gain access to certain areas. An example was given that mentioned a broken bridge in the real world, in the shadow world the bridge is whole. Everything is the opposite in the "shadow world" from what it is in the real world. If it's good in the RW, it's evil in the SW. And yes, there definately a time clock in the expansion. But you can still rest. The problem is, real time passes. And although you may regain hit points and mana, you will lose spirit points. Which leaves the possibility that you could die while resting.
