What's Up With Quest Level Indicators?

For the last 6 levels the journal indicates that this quest is at my level, but I still get crushed by 8-10 3 white and/or red skulled enemies attacking me at once. The difficulty of the enemies seems to keep increasing at the same rate as my character. If this is a bug and hasn't been fixed by now I doubt that it will be.

Am not aware of such command. What is the behavior you want to achieve? If there's a melee weapon in either hand I want the character to close to melee range. What's the difference between an auto-attack and a primary attack? Does Accuracy/Damage differ based on whether you have the weapon in a main hand or an offhand?

It's a matter of choosing your range, firing a salvo, jibe, wait, fire another salvo. Repeat. No real decisions to make.

I'm not familiar with what this 'full attack' is or how to execute it.

If I have a pistol in one hand and an axe in the other will the character ever move into melee range to hit with the axe or just remain in place firing the pistol? Is there a script command for this to make them move into melee?

Weapon Proficiencies Special Modes
Is there a way to configure these in the AI Scripts to turn on/off under certain conditions? I know you can select it as skill to trigger, but does that toggle the existing status or just turn it on? I want to be able to turn it on based on one condition and then turn it off based on another.
