  6. My 10th level barbarian added bull's will as her level ability - and her base nor her ability affects changed. Bulls will show up right after arms bearer as one of her abilities, but under active affects in the character screen bulls will is not showing; her base is still 20, a the only other will affecting item is her ring of protection has anyone else seen/reported this? i can provide a save if necessary
  7. hi folks i downloaded and unzipped iemod to a separate directory. set the base install to the game directory, F:\Games\steam\steamapps\common\Pillars of Eternity\PillarsOfEternity_Data. t the launcher does work and luanch the game, so i figure it finds it. copied the iemod folder to the managed directory, like the install says. so, the launcher works (both with and without the test run option) but in the game, under options, the iemod selection is not there. the game seems fine, but i cant see the mod. i also tried putting the modified iepw.dll file into the appropriate directory (renaming the original to .org) but this didnt help either can someone give me an idea what i am doing wrong? thanks
  8. I think all the suggestions here are excellent - there is far too little information and knowledge about what gets loaded, where its loaded from, etc. As it is, every piece of custom content you see on the Vault usually includes the instructions 'dump it into your override folder' Then, when different people download mods, 1/2 of them dont work right, as they have things in their override folders that are breaking functionality. The worst culprit is the toolset itself - very often, when you open a script to examine it (say, the nw_c2_default9) from the OnSpawn handler in a creatures properties (or any item, or anything else that has handlers), then close the script in the Script editor, a ZER0 kb file (thats right - completely empty) gets created in your override directory. So all of a sudden, key functionality is gone - creatures dont perceive you, nothing works, etc. Has happened to me many times. As the override folders are so full of everyone's custom content, its sometimes hard to spot this behavior. Having a completely clean override would certainly help.
