  1. I thinked about this. If you really don't like "template texture" for creatures... Then, as White Dragon for "colour dragons", a Silver Dragon should be a "living" great template for every custom "metal dragons". Can we hope about these two "base" dragons in future patchs?
  2. I hope that standard Camera Controls will be still avaibles in MoTB! I'm one of that peoples that never complained about standard camera controls! EDIT: And I hope that the Bronze Dragon (great!) is a full working creature, too... not just a 3D model avaible for creature appareance. (PS: Can I hope that base texture are "white-shadowed" textures, too? It would be great if usable as template to create other "metal painted dragons"!!! And a White Dragon could be great for "colour painted dragons" template, too!)
  3. I like custom content reports... but effectively an update which talks only about custom content is not so great.
  4. I second that... a part PW Spotlight... seeing that it will be "English language PW Spotlight" so I can't be so interested. However I like to ask if you could add a sort of "SetLightActive" script for other type of placeables, too... ex: placeable effects (I created a randomizer for it, too... and it has to destroy e recreate them each time)... but also as much thing as possible (almost "everything placeable" should be good! ).

  7. It seems that I'm enough good with scripting (not The King of Scripting, but enough to create something working good). Infact I'm working on another "Do something with objects" system (I've got in mind also an interesting update for "To sit on Objects", waiting Obsidian's solution). The "something" is, to cut short, resting, praying and studying... pratically a rest system that works by object interaction (PLC and/or inventory Items) and works together or alternatively to the standard rest system. Then there are dozens of variable that may be setted to have the exact "object rest system" you want. But I noticed that people (expecially final player) like more "appareance" than "functions"... so a set of shield and armors (just to say something), that do what every other shield and armor model does (but looking differently), is more welcome than a new scripted system... I'm wrong?

  9. May be my version is too old? I've got Fraps 2.6.1 build 4901 Retail and it doesn't work.
  10. I think that what we need to view .avi surprise is not FRAPS (Fraps is just a program to "capture" videos from an application)... instead, you should link decorder drivers you used to compress the video. [i really don't know if this is a readable English, sorry]

  14. Ehm... could you please implement the feature "Quote" for main posts in this blog? I have to translate them and without the direct code it's harder! (I'm talking about this site, not the game!)
  15. Could be possible to add wedge-shaped versions in next patch(es)? So would be easier to link a side with the ground... However the need to be able to link various "stand-alone"* (or not) walkable PLC will be yet valid! Expecially to link more Walkmesh Helper, if you include wedge-shaped versions. * for stand-alone I mean that don't touch the ground as walkpath surface.
  16. It doesn't work if it doesn't touch ground. Example: I tryied to use near stairs PLC and the bake doesn't links them. We need something that links walkable PLCs each other... or better to upgrade the bake system to support that.
  17. To me it already adds 4 spaces in 1.05. (I feared 5 spaces... but luckily are correctly 4) But I didn't locked for the option.

  22. If we are talking about the possibility to change creature's Z axis, I agree. As I sayd elsewhere, we need 2 dedicated functions that changes Z axis nominally (one) and based on the ground level (ground + X, the other). If we (builders/scripters) will have that functions, we could decide by ourselves if somebody may fly or not... or we can use that functions for other purposes and special effects.
