Stuck on Neketaka Act III

I am having same issue. Can not progress game. Clicked on boarding submarine, but killed queen first. Submarine is now near the volcanoes and I am stuck in Neketaka and have no way of leaving the island. -
I have the same issue. I can leave Neketaka by land, but not by sea. My ship (got the submarine) is next to some volcanoes and I am in Neketaka and can not leave. I can not progress the game...
