I'm returning to the game and I'm looking for a little fun with a certain setup for POTD. I'm going to run a Paladin, priest, wizard, Ranger, fighter, druid. How can I have a priest that is great at melee and get high dps from spells? I've always had a backline priest and they always end up getting out dps'd by other classes. What is a build for Ranger that can shred through potd? I would prefer a bow but I'll consider other suggestions. I like the lady of pain(non range variant) for my fighter but could there be a better build? I'm looking for a high crowd control/high dps build for wizard. I love the tanky boar Druid build, but what are some other suggestions that could fill this kind of party nicely Difficult to decide what kind of Paladin build I want to have. The counselor ploi build is cool, but it's just a few aspects that doesn't suit my play style.

Enjoyable overall. For me, the use of shields made most encounters less of an emergency and easier to manage. Combined with the casters' CC and debuffs, as well as the passive/active healing, most battles were fun with a full team. When I had only 2-3 party members, I would need to rest a bit more, but nothing excessive. I just suck. My MC(druid) died 22 times at lvl 6 while everyone else is around 5 or 10.

He's not. With a large shield, barbaric yell and thick armor he's not too squishy at the beginning, even with 3 CON. I would also take Veteran's Recovery as the first talent. It's better than Constant Recovery (without Rapid Rec.) and adds a lot of endurance. I also pump survival to 8 in order to get +40% healing received. Since the deflection with a large shield and maxed RES is good you mostly catch grazes if you get hit at all. Thick armor will catch most of that damage and what remains as MIN damage will get healed by Veteran's Recovery. No, not squishy. Once you get Weapon and Shield Style (next talent I'd pick) you can easily take the role of the main tank. You can start with higher CON of course and retrain later. Because later you def. don't need CON at all. Remember: with 3 CON a barb has quite the same endurance as a fighter with 10 CON. And a fighter with 10 CON and a shield is not squishy. But I encountered no problem with 3 CON right from the start. Alse keep in mind that this was not a solo run. When soloing I would use more CON - mostly because of fortitude. Boeroer how did you survive with 3 CON? Even if I give him 10+ CON my barb still gets ate up.
