I think the Wookiee wil be a Soldier this time. Zaalbar was a scout and it just didn't seem right. After all, scouts need a charisma of more than 8, and it's just so hard for those cute wookiees to be charismatic! <<sob!>> On the other hand, maybe he's a new class: bounty hunter?

I think Disciple is just as obvious for that sort of thing. I don't think Handmaiden looks like the soldier type, but maybe. A Tech Specialist is kind of like an organic T3-M4 that will actually talk to you. A scout is, well, just a cross between a soldier and a scoundrel.

2 spoilers on the force powers trailer from IGN -- The wookiee party member is visible when they show the exile using "force revitalize" on korriban. The Exile is shown using Revan's "Scorpion Style" of lightsaber combat after using insanity on an opponent.

Doubt it. All you got in KOTOR was one kiss from Bastila, and Chris Avellone said that the romances in KOTOR2 would be more talking, because consummation could ruin it. Having is not so pleasurable a thing as wanting, or somesuch.

I suppose KOTOR2 will take its place on the pedastal next to KOTOR, as it's just like an expansion of KOTOR with lots of improvements.

I don't think there'll be a problem. KOTOR2 looks like its balanced out the few things that could have been improved in KOTOR. My thoughts while playing KOTOR the first time: "Oh my gosh! I haven't had this much fun playing a game... ever!"

I don't mean that it will be similar in terms of content, just similar in terms of the role in the game's plot.

There are datalogs on board the Harbinger that your character accesses in one of the IGN movies. The Harbinger (when still Republic controlled) apparently discovered the Ebon Hawk and changed course for Onderon on discovering its mission. Maybe that's why you go to Onderon the first time. I anticpate that Peragus fulfills the role that Taris played in KOTOR, and Onderon is the new Dantooine for you to flee to.

There's several really cool videos on IGN from the game. There's one on the Harbinger, right after Peragus II. It's the Exile, Kreia, and Atton confronted by Darth Sion. Kreia takes him on alone while Atton and the Exile run. (Maybe that's where she loses a hand. It's still pretty early in the game.) Man, I want KOTOR2 BADLY!

I would be odd for him to turn out to be Ulic Qel-Droma. Of course, he'd be pretty old by now, and probably wouldn't have fought with Revan in the Mandalorian Wars.

I think you go there once, do some quest, then have to flee and come back. After all, Handmaiden stows away when you leave Onderon. I bet that picture is of "the Exile's triumphant return to Onderon to save the day (or seize it)."

Kreia treats him like he's the only one who can save the galaxy. He's not Revan, what's the deal?
