I have exactly the same problem:all other locations closed, encountering the Roc prior to (second)encounter with the scribbler. Roc undefeated, but blue arrow, although glowing, does nothing.

I had just finished killing Barl Breakbones. How might Infet it back from the cloud?

I'm playing on an IPad 4 with iOS 10.0.2 and could never get around the heal bug in my story. I thought the info on one fix was to delete the game and did so, but now it seems I very lost about 2 months of progress. Any way to get my game back?

On my IPad all I could do was delete the story, but now can't get back to the level I had attained. If I have to start it all over, I just don't think it's worth it!

Patched up this afternoon, and was finally able to forfeit out of a quest game, but my story game is still stuck at Kyra's options...either choice locks the game up. Playing on an IPad 4 with the latest OS update.
