@dkohalloran You should really just try it on PC. Xbox with a Pad is not a console suitable for playing 2D isometric RPGs with complex mechanics and multiple characters in your party.

Thank you for supporting this game all these years after the original release. Is PoE2: Deadfire also receiving an update in near future?

I freed the slaves and killed the slavers. No, I've never talked to Aeldys. EDIT: There's a new twist to the problem. After finishing some unrelated quests, I received 3 letters, nearly one by one, 2 from Aeldys and 1 from Furrante. I'm going to check upon them. EDIT: I've been to Aealdys. She was happy I had killled the slavers and gave me a mission to spy on Furrante. And after speaking with Furrante, A Shrewd Proposition has been finished. So, the letters were just delayed, somehow.

After talking to Furrante and leaving Dunnage, I should've received a letter from Aeldys stating that I was to meet her. There's no letter. I already killed the slavers in Crookspur and can't complete A Shrewd Proposition. Or maybe I should've visited Aealdys before talking to Furrante? I went to Fort Deadlight, but I can't find Aeldys there. What can I do to complete the quest?

Hi. A Dance with Death is one of the pre-endgame quests. Completing it means that you chose to side with the Principi as a means to travel to Ukaizo for the last quest of the game. The problem is: I obtained The Floating Hangman and reported this to Aeldys in Dunnage. Moments after leaving Dunnage and into the sea, I receive a letter from Pallegina stating that she leaves the company because I did something wrong for The Vailian Trading Company. However, I've got good reputation with both Pallegina and Vailian Trading Company. Is this a bug? This game behaviour is not listed in the official guide on gamepedia in the desription of A Dance with Death quest which make me think this is a bug. I've got the latest GOG version of the game with all DLCs.

EDIT: OK, after reading about kraken's eye on the forums I now think it's not a bug but a feature... There's an undiscovered island below Tikiwara, it looks like a volcanic island. On this island south-east from the Hall of the Unseen the party can pickup Kraken's Eye from a location that looks like a camp. However picking it up makes enchanting buggy: now for every upgradeable item there are 2 Superb enchantments to choose from. I'm using the latest GOG release with all DLCs. I had the popular 0,5s stuttering issue occuring every 20-30 seconds or so with the sound playing fine. It was completely resolved by disabling PCI-e energy saving feature in Windows power options. Latest Win 10, i7-4790K, 16GB DDR3 1600MHz, GTX 1060 6GB.

Is the final 2.0 update due to be released today?

Hi. I'd like to buy Pillars of Eternity with both expansions, preferably without DRM (GOG maybe?). Where should I look for the least price for the bundle? It is a great game. One of the best RPG since Baldur's Gate 2 and KotOR (better than these both games, albeit much newer, so more polished) and it would be a shame if I didn't support the developers for their great effort at bringing the best cRPG qualities to PC once more. I'm also eagerly waiting for PoE 2 and Tyranny.
