    So even winning this without closing anything does not solve the issue of not being able to advance to the next scenario. Are we just waiting for the next patch for this scenario now?

    Just rolled for the items after closing and Merisiel is stuck with no options. Tried everything that has worked in the past, restarting and continuing, selecting other characters and come back, etc. trying to avoid forfeit as this is my 4th good run on this scenario where a bug is preventing me from advancing.

    Same issue on an iPad Air. Tried it twice with getting the Victory banner but still like it's not complete.

    Yes, you just highlight the icon of the character you want to temp close. Though I notice the AI seems to pre-select the best choice on most occasions, Though if you know there is a shared combat or something else coming up you may want a character who is not the best current choice for this as well.
