    It seems like i can't access the Mines that contain that cart with 8 ingots after starting White March Part 2. Is there any way to enter the Mines or am i screwed?

    Well guys I will duplicate the durgan steel enchanted Gwisk Glass and put one on my cipher and the other on my druid or wizard. The second chance affix is just too powerful

    I encountered the same bug. The quest is not complete. I don't have any saves before this as I am using the quicksave feature a lot. Please OBSIDIAN help!
