Bug in Family Feud and Sinking Feeling
grassBlade replied to grassBlade's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Stories (Spoiler Warning!)Evidently, I was too hasty to use the term 'bug'. Yes, the weapons are the reward for Family Pride. However, once I completed that mission by immediately bringing the feud to an end, Sinking Feeling (with its hull and sails) was "dead in the water". I felt and still feel the developers should have allowed the latter task to continue

Bug in Family Feud and Sinking Feeling
I have recently begun an umpteen playing of DeadFire. When I received the Family Feud quest, I went to Ezzali, asked if she wanted to negotiate, went to the Valeri, and got both of them to agree to terms, which completed the quest. I did not question the fiddling son, pasha (?), the carousing ratouille (?), etc because I never received the Sinking Feeling quest. The only rewards I received were the weapons (Duskfall and Luxury); I never got the sails and hull upgrades.

bug: two black hounds
grassBlade replied to grassBlade's topic in Pillars of Eternity: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)Since I can't find the edit key.... When I left the Endless Paths, I had three pets -- the wurm and two hounds. Both hounds disappeared when I arrived at the Gilded Vale. So, I'm assuming the bug is a non-destructive, non-garbage-collected pointer. Unfortunately, although I do have savegames (immediately before and after the blood pit), the bug does not appear in either.

bug: two black hounds
I just climbed into the blood pit, pressed <tab> and saw two black hounds following my group (moving independently). Even after swapping out the black hound for the white wurm, the doppelganger hound continues to follow.. so now I've got two pets walking around, but only one in the slot. I have no idea how this affects the gameplay, but it's definitely a bug (albeit an amusing one).

Possible game-breaking bug - Hermit of Hadred House quest *SPOILER*
Can't say it's fixed with 1.04, but it isn't with Gog's 2.1.03 and 2.1.14 patches. Not only do the factions continue to refuse to offer an invite, but the Lady Webb isn't offering me one either.
