  1. That's how they have always been in DnD or IE games, not to mention that they give monks and other melee classes 2h crushing damage weapons. You know Monks? those guys who fight using staves? Why would they change that because someone like you wanted them to do something that the wand and rod already do? Poor thinking.
  2. Sorry i was mistaken in my last post, Flames of Fair Rhian is on level 13. I found Purgatory at last, it was in the Blood Sands but i'm not sure who it dropped off. It was someone in the large room with the Archdruid so i think it was either him or one of the guards.
  3. Flames of Fair Rhian is in the Endless Paths on level 14, its not hard to find but i think it might depend on how you deal with Maerwald. Drawn in Spring is on level 12, you get it by helping the Vithrack. Mabec's Morning Star can be bought from Azzuro when he visit's your keep, so its pretty much random. Misery's End is a reward from helping Daddy Doemenel in act 2 A lot of the missing ones on the google doc can be bought in Twin Elms. If anyone has found Purgatory i'd quite like that, a sabre with leech sounds great.
  4. They are saved in a different folder to the rest of the gamer, i think it's simply the game locating the files.
  5. http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/75432-bug-disappearance-of-equipment-dropped-by-early-companions/ The above post explains the bug very clearly however it is not limited to Heodan and Calisca or the are Cilant Lis. I have had it occur with a custom who i killed for 'reasons' in my stronghold and now my choices are to return to my stronghold and lose all these items if i do or backtrack 5 hours to my last save with that character alive. This is a pretty severe bug and i'm surprised it hasn't received more attention, i'm inclined to not touch the game until there is a fix.
  6. I noticed items disappearing and had no idea where to turn until finding this post. http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/75432-bug-disappearance-of-equipment-dropped-by-early-companions/ In my situation i had a character (rogue) who i wanted to kill because i wanted to make a rogue with a different portrait and a new character with the current portrait. So i had my group beat her to death in the stronghold courtyard and went off to Dyrford village to make the replacements. I noticed eventually that all the items from my rogue had disappeared when leaving Brighthollow, after jumping from save to save trying to figure what had happened i googled until finding the post above which explained what happened pretty well. This is a pretty sever bug, my game is currently unplayable as if i enter the stronghold again i will lose a ton of good items. I need to test it further but i think it can be prevented by storing the items in question on a character who is dismissed at the stronghold however that still leaves a good deal of items unusable. I'd have to backtrack 5 hours to get my trollhide belt back which i'm almost certain at this point i will never see again.
