Are there patch notes for beta 1.04? If not, how should people be looking for changes in the new patch?

I find this infuriating, playing for the first time and being clueless about the magic spells I'm picking, I have to trust the description it shows me just to realize they actually hit allies as well. I hope a mod that fixes this appears or they rephrase those spells.

This feature makes it so easy to play a Rogue, right now I'm on a sewer with ooze and trolls (trying to be spoiler-free here). I just get behind the target, do a Blinding Strike + Hobbling Strike combo on Ooze means insta-kill along with Backstab's crit, same for skeletons. I can't even...
