1 paladin/chanter with speed aura/chant, min/maxed for pure tankiness. A rogue would work too, but is a bit more of a hassle. 5 ciphers with Ectopsychic Echo and whatever else you want, max might, nothing else matters. Use stealth to get the tank close to the mobs, pause, cast 5x Ectopsychic Echo on tank, run behind the mobs, keep disengaging and lining the beams for a couple of seconds, watch them drop. This will be enough for most fights. If something goes wrong, you have five ciphers. :D

It's quite easy, though cheesy, to get to use them in most fights by positioning your party far away from the enemies, then sending a tank to pull the mobs to your already charged up squad of chanters. Boring but safe.
