    There has been a post about this already. Wasn't sure if the patch fixed it but I guess not.

    I too went along the hallways to Azo (and killed him) before entering that main room where I encountered this bug. After replaying (fortunatly I dd have a save just before entering) I went into the main room first and it was full of wichts, the guards were dead, and the patients were gone. Not sure if it was because I talked to Azo first and killed him or the event simply didn't trigger for some reason.
