Quest Bugged "At all Cost"
Pelmaleon replied to Lauro's question in Pillars of Eternity: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
I'm about to enter Defiance Bay. How frequently does this bug occur? I'm guessing less than 100% or the testers should have caught it... Should I wait til the game is patched before going into the big city?
