So, i can not do the peacefull approach anymore, so i have to kill one family. But does one give more loot / a better reward?
you could alter some values in some files and you can go the peaceful route - there is another topic about this and i went this route...in case youre not opposed to this (i did it cause pallegina is an essential member of my party and shell leave)
others than that
killing valera yields you an awesome armor
on the other hand the valera sword you get is better than the bardatto mace imo
you can robb the bardatto vault in either way for some nice gear

is it just me or do most of the companion stories feel a bit on the "lighter" side....? most are basically just travel to 2-3 locations, not a lot of story / backstory, not a lot of impact of any sorts...i dunno...was expecting more - would have liked if the companion stories had more impact and were somehow more connectd to the overall story

Why does the reckless brigandine look so ****ty
-
Ranigs wrath (or how its called) also has +25 bonus against flank when you upgrade it and the last word + vs engaged....rusts stilletto is also nice vs flanked

Which custom answer gives you the whisper parts? That you forged it i assume or that you didnt?
-
They should talk to steam about it.... i often need to use the console to fix broken quests
-
If i was fury and green i would also not wear underwear
-
After using the console...i know you could do this in pillars 1...?

I heard you can also steal Dragon's Dowry from the gunsmith.
Upgrade materials don't need to become rarer, money is the constricting factor early game. I think it's on purpose that Neketaka has multiple legendary gears for sale for 30-40k gold and upgrades to superior cost 15k and legendary double that. Do you buy one of these new op things? Do you enchant your gear? Or do you buy a ship? How you decide to use your money early is an important decision.
What needs to happen is to make stealing legendary loot a lot harder. Put everything in a locked chest, make that lock high level, put a guard next to the chest. It's kinda silly you can just steal a legendary sabre and plate armor from an open container in Crookspur, even though you have the navigate the slaver ships to get there and out.
i dont think so but you can steel scordeo's trophy, you can steal a top belt form a cloth merchant and you can steal devil of carog and the monk buckler there as well...i basically stole most of the top items even when not needing them...but i always thought this was kinda nice to be honest...rp wise, you dont have to but you can

would be cool if as a ranger you could find new animal companions...for example an imp would be cool
-
I guess this can be tweaked but also shouldn't happen in the "standard" version - when i leave my companions on ai they initiate combat by using abilities - for example the chanter immediatly fires of an offensive invocation in direction of the enemy even when the enemy is miles away still and nothing gets hit.... i think the standard ai behaviour should be something like only use abilities when in range and only use aoe abilities when at least 2 enemies are in range
-
So from the description it seems that you have to actively use one of the two abilities to activate it and that it has a recovery time....but every time in combat i cannot activate it at all (always stays at 0/1 uses remaining per encounter) but in the character screen both abilities are activated automatically?

I seem to be unable to scroll down in item descriptions anymore because it auomatically scrolls me back up

Can you move / change size etc. from the interface somehow? Besides the few standard models (that are kinda all the same)...it feels very big and placed in the middle of the screen....
Also for some weird reason one character has an empty hot key symbol on the left upper corner on the interface that fills with a skill in case i set a hotkey - the other characters don't have that regardless if i hotkey something or not...can i get ridd of that?
-
the problem with multiclassing a spellcaster that does not only buff/debuff is just the hit you take on powerlevel so i went with pure druid
i think another good name could be something involving doom, dark, black, death etc... Doomguard, Death Knight, Dark Disciple
-
ooh so its basically a hit man sent after you when the pirates hate you?
-
Anyone knows where to find it?
-
guess i am doing something wrong then cause on POTD pallegina's invocation as part-chanter hardly ever hit...especially the -armor one since everyone and their mom has fortitude >100.... and if they hit their duration is reduced by 70%
I guess chanters work perfectly fine, if you use these sub classes and if you use these stats and if you use these items.... but turning a companion into one hasn't been an amazing experience... it might be different on other difficulty levels
-
For example stuff that only affects ranged deflection or stride etc....thats hard to figure down

"WHERE IS MY FREE DLC?"
Do you ever take a moment to just look at yourself and consider the way you present yourself online?
I think you should.
And take all the fun out of the internet

do you still get a lot of ripostes on potd since enemies have so high values?
I wish time parasite was a level lower with cipher so you could use it with a multiclass....
-
imo the one that would fit the description the best is either
berserker - bleak walker
or a soulblade - bleak walker
-
I actually like this concept.
@OP: maybe something shows up when you hover your mouse over the current status effects next to your character portrait?
Nope

Where can you actually see the bonus value after modification? Its not under passive bonuses nor does the item description change?

maybe a wizard rogue might work better cause of all the +deflection buffs?
