I agree, the storyline is sort of confusing, sure a few things are answered by playing the game carefully and trying to obtain as much information as you can, but I think that answers to the major questions would be better answered with kotor 3 =).

you can't...trust me, no matter how aggressive you try to be it'll just loop until you say something(forgot exatcly what you have to say) and she lets you go

Kreia was the most difficult boss imo with the floating lightsabers and all <_<
